Within the midst of the South Downs we invite you to end your summer beautifully, giving rest to your mind, body, heart and soul in the last of the summer sun at Cowdray Hall. The essence of the day is for you to leave rested and rejuvenated, ready for the autumnal season. 

Join us for our Nurturing Day Retreat which we have lovingly created with you in mind, to deepen and enhance our connection to ourselves, nature and our practice, whilst clearing what no longer serves us. Our retreat will cultivate space in your life for release and relaxation. Which will bring you long-lasting effect of vitality, openness and inner peace into your being for weeks to follow. 

For the day, you can recharge, relax, dream and let your mind wander. Through Mediation, Nature Walks, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Breath-work, Journalling, Reading in our yoga library, Sound Therapy and Aromatherapy Workshop. We’ll be exploring nurturing practices to guide you into feeling more peaceful, supported, open and clear. 

Food will be taking care of by our conscious chefs, delivering vegan and vegetarian lunches, smoothies and cakes. A selection of herbal teas and healthy snacks will be available throughout the day.

This retreat is open to all level of yogis, from beginners to long-time enthusiasts. Our expert instructors have years of experience behind them and you’ll know you’re in good hands within seconds!

Relax into our Opening Meditation and be ready to awake your mind, body and soul ready for the yoga ahead.

60 minute Morning Hatha Yoga with Ella

11AM 

Silent Meditation Nature Walk

12NOON

60 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Katie

1PM

Grab your healthy Veggie/Vegan Lunch

Lay in drift off into a wonderful Sound Bath healing experience
