As a way of expanding my own business and utilizing my own business experience, I'm now incorporating a new business coaching element into my practice. My good friend, Hank Queen, introduced me to a unique program designed to create engagement, not only in the workplace, but within various organizations and groups resulting in more productive and powerful teams.

He invited me and my group, Finding Answers, to go through the 2 day intensive workshop and we accepted. It was a marvelous experience and really created dramatic change in our team. I was very impressed by the approach of this program and immediately thought of all the businesses and organizations I believed would benefit greatly from participating in a program such as this.

Hank mentioned that this program was still evolving, but they would soon be going to market in a big way and they would be putting together a training program for facilitators of their workshops soon. I immediately told him I was interested in becoming a facilitator. I was part of the first group of trainees and, in fact, we helped Hank modify and fine tune the training as sort of beta testers for the program.

I completed my certification in December, 2010 and am offering this truly transformational process to businesses and organizations. The organization is called, Everyyday Engagement™, and they are a subsidiary of The Axelrod Group. The workshop is called the Building High Performance Teams Workshop.

Building High Performance Teams Workshop

This 2 day intensive workshop focuses on building communication skills and sets the foundation for creating an atmosphere that fosters connection and, therefore, engagement - positive engagement. I have personally been through 2 of these workshops and I can tell you it absolutely works!

For organizations that find it challenging to set aside 2 full days for their team(s), we can structure it over 4 half days. Once the workshop is completed you will have all the tools necessary to carry this program through and implement all the changes you choose. I do offer follow up coaching as well to help implement your changes, but it's not required.
